About Susan
Susan knows well the struggle to maintain a work/life balance and emphasises this for all Secure Taxation Services clients. She is mum to four, has her own business and is currently studying her accounting degree.
Susan comes from a retail management background so she brings experience in all areas of business organisation and staff management. She is a certified advisor for both QuickBooks and Xero as well as a MYOB partner. She holds a registered BAS license and has certificate IV in bookkeeping, mortgage broking and human resources as well as a diploma in accounting.
About Kaitlin
Kaitlin joined Secure Taxation Services in 2014 and is Susan’s greatest support. She is responsible for all the onsite bookkeeping of Secure Taxation Services clients.
Kaitlin is relied upon for her attention to detail as well as for maintaining professionalism under pressure. Kaitlin has a Certificate IV in bookkeeping and is a certified adviser for both Xero and Quickbooks. She is currently working towards her BAS Registration.
About Robyn
Robyn joined Secure Taxation Services in 2018. She has over 30 years experience in medical administration.
Robyn is responsible for maintaining all Secure Taxation’s information and processes payroll for many of Secure Taxation Services clients. She is adaptable to any situation and can always find a solution whatever the problem.
About Wendy
Wendy is based in Sunshine Coast. She comes from a banking background and has 30 years of experience owning her own electrical store.
Wendy has Certificate IV in bookeeping, is a certified advisor for both QuickBooks and Xero and is responsible for Secure Taxation’s Dext process and daily bank transaction allocation. Trades are her specialty as she understands the requirements relating to this business type.
